About our rankings
National Marketing Awards is an independent editorial directory. Rankings, scores, and award designations are our opinion, compiled from publicly available information, submitted nominations, and our published methodology. They are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of any agency's performance or results.
Agency nominations
- There is no fee to nominate an agency for consideration.
- You confirm that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it.
- Submission does not guarantee inclusion, a ranking, or an award.
- We may edit, decline, or remove submissions at our discretion.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by scraping at scale, attempting to disrupt the service, or using its content in a way that misrepresents our rankings or your standing.
Intellectual property
Site content, including text, rankings, and the National Marketing Awards name and badges, is owned by us. Awarded agencies may display their official badge using our badge embed kit to link back to their ranking, but may not otherwise reproduce Site content without permission.
Third-party links
The Site links to agency websites and other third-party resources. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its rankings.
